DuoDec Event Management
The people behind every DuoDec event.
Planners, designers, producers, and crew working out of Bengaluru and travelling across India. Small enough to stay accountable, deep enough to run several events at once.
Our team
Four people you will actually deal with
No account layer between you and the people doing the work. Here is who owns what, so you always know whom to call.
-
Production Head
Benny
Owns what happens on the ground. Benny turns the approved concept into a buildable run-of-show, directs the technical build, and calls the show live — from first truck to final cue.
Run-of-show · Technical build · Vendor direction · Show calling
-
Client Servicing
Gowri
Your point of contact from first call to final invoice. Gowri translates the brief into a plan, keeps approvals and timelines on track, and makes sure what you asked for is what you get.
Briefs & approvals · Timelines · Guest experience · Client updates
-
Production Assistant
Naveen
Keeps the production moving. Naveen runs site recces, crew schedules, and on-site logistics so no part of the build is ever waiting on a missing detail.
Site recces · Crew scheduling · Logistics · On-ground support
-
Marketing and Business Development
Karthik
Where new work begins. Karthik scopes incoming enquiries, shapes proposals and budgets, and builds the venue and partner relationships that let us deliver outside Bengaluru.
Enquiries · Proposals & budgets · Partnerships · New markets
Behind the four, a crew that scales
The core team plans and directs every project. Around them we mobilise vetted partners for staging, sound and light, fabrication, catering, talent, and hospitality — sized to the event rather than carried as overhead. It is how a four-person studio runs a thousand-guest production without either padding your budget or thinning the crew.
- Partners briefed on the same run-of-show as us
- Local crews sourced in the event city
- One DuoDec lead on ground, always
- Rates quoted openly, not marked up in the dark
How the team is built
DuoDec is organised around disciplines rather than job titles. Every event gets a client partner who owns the relationship, a producer who owns the build, and a show caller who owns the day — supported by design, hospitality, and operations specialists drawn in as the brief demands.
Disciplines
-
Client Partnership
Your single point of contact from first brief to final invoice. They hold the brief, the budget, and the deadlines so nothing gets lost between teams.
-
Creative & Design
Concept, set design, and visual language. They translate an objective into something guests can walk into, photograph, and remember.
-
Production
Stage, sound, light, rigging, and vendors. They turn drawings into a built venue and keep the load-in schedule honest.
-
Show Calling
Cue sheets, rehearsals, and the headset on event day. They decide the pace of the room minute by minute.
-
Hospitality & Guest Experience
Invitations, registration, seating, travel, and stay. They make sure every guest knows where to go and feels looked after.
-
On-Ground Operations
Crew, safety, permissions, and contingencies. They are first in and last out, which is exactly how it should be.
How we work
- One accountable lead per event, not a rotating cast of coordinators.
- Written run-of-show shared with every stakeholder before the day.
- Vendors we have worked with before, priced transparently.
- A rehearsal for anything that has a cue attached to it.
Talk to the team that will actually run your event
No handoffs to a delivery desk you have never met. Share your brief and you will speak to the people producing it.
