About DuoDec
DuoDec is an experiential production house with more than 20 years of combined industry experience. We plan, build, and run corporate, commercial, government, social, and signature events — one accountable team from the first brief to the final cue.
Who we are
DuoDec was built by people who had spent years on the floor of other people's events and kept seeing the same failure: a beautiful idea handed to a production crew who had never been in the room when it was agreed. Things get lost in that handover — usually on the day, usually in front of an audience.
So we do both halves ourselves. The people who shape your concept are the people who build it, rig it, and call it live. That single change is the reason our clients describe working with us as quiet, and it is why brands, government bodies, and families all end up on the same production calendar.
Today that covers everything from a two-hundred-person town hall in a Bengaluru office park to a multi-day wedding in Rajasthan and a ticketed festival with its own brand. Different scales, same method.
Creative direction, technical production, and on-ground control sit under one roof. You are never handed between agencies mid-project, and there is always one person answerable for the day itself.
Every event runs on a documented run-of-show with cues, owners, and timings. It is why a room full of moving parts looks calm from the audience side.
Décor, staging, sound, and hospitality are not decoration — each one is chosen because it carries the narrative you came to tell.

Marketing and Business Development
Where new work begins. Karthik scopes incoming enquiries, shapes proposals and budgets, and builds the venue and partner relationships that let us deliver outside Bengaluru.

The core team plans and directs every project. Around them we mobilise vetted partners for staging, sound and light, fabrication, catering, talent, and hospitality — sized to the event rather than carried as overhead. It is how a four-person studio runs a thousand-guest production without either padding your budget or thinning the crew.
Where we work
Our studio, crew, and warehouse are in Bengaluru, which is why we can run site visits in person here at short notice. Everywhere else, we bring the same plan and the same accountability — and build the crew locally.
Headquarters
A DuoDec lead is on the ground for every event, wherever it runs. The person who planned it is the person standing in the venue on build day.
Staging, sound, fabrication, and hospitality partners are sourced in the event city and briefed on the same run-of-show we work from — so you pay for local rates, not for flying a full crew across the country.
Venue licensing, police and civic permissions, and protocol requirements differ by state. We plan around the local rules rather than discovering them the week before.

Our process
Six phases, the same every time, whether it is a fifty-person town hall or a three-day festival. Predictability is the product.
You only need to start phase one. It takes about two minutes and commits you to nothing.
Brief
Occasion, city, date, guest count, and — most importantly — what success looks like to you. We send back a written summary of what we heard, so any misunderstanding surfaces now rather than on site.

You see an indicative creative direction and a budget range together. A concept without a budget is a pitch; we would rather you could compare us properly before committing to anything.

Planning
Floor plans, technical specs, vendor scopes, hospitality, and a run-of-show with owners and timings against every cue. This is the document the whole production works from.

Build
Load-in, staging, rigging, sound and light, décor, and branding go up on schedule. We rehearse cue-to-cue with the crew and any talent, so show day is a repeat rather than a first attempt.

A DuoDec lead calls the show while the rest of the team runs guest experience, vendors, and contingencies. Your job on the day is to be present at your own event.
